Following series of observations, the company noticed that manipulation and cheating in the air conditioner real capacities, the raw materials, types and quality of the accessories, the pipes, the compressor, etc. are widely spread in the other brands of air conditioners in the Iraqi market.

Quality inspection on all AL HAFIDH GTD. air conditioners products are done by a professional quality inspection organizations outsourced from South Korea or Japan “depending on the model” where the companies there have reached an advanced stage in the international quality aspects. We use the phrase “Technology Of Korea” or “Technology Of Japan” on all of our products packing.

One of the important things that should be noted is that AL HAFIDH GTD. products are rarely malfunction products and even if it occurs, it is usually a small and not major damage because of the misusage of the product. These information are result of continuous follow-ups with all the different cases that AL HAFIDH service centers receives during the last two years. However, AL HAFIDH GTD. has a real warranty of two years for all of its products. The company has its main service center located in the capital (Baghdad) and it provides professional technical services for the brand customer. In addition, the company has around five other service centers dispirited among the different Iraq cities. These service centers are equipped with the best gadgets and tools in addition to the well trained professional engineers providing the customers with a professional true after sale services.

Quality certification is a quality assurance tool that guarantees the quality standards in which the products are manufactured and operate in a safe, reliable and effective way.

There are many types of quality certificates some of them are specialized in one aspect like the safety requirements of the products and others are general quality certificates fulfill the standards requirements requested by the quality control institutions in the developed countries.

Each area in the world request different quality standards and the certificates they request are different from one country to the other. For example, the EU “European Union” countries request the CE certificate, which is a certificate will be given to the products that passed the CE standards test, and these products will be marked with the CE mark on the packing and the label of it to acknowledge the customer that this product is a quality products recognized and tested by CE.
